• Choose their office, which automatically routes them to the right instructor.
• Enter their details — name, role, phone, email, and when their current card expires.
• Pick from real, available dates, with live seat counts. If a class is full, they join the waitlist.
• Confirm their info, since name, phone, and email feed directly onto the official AHA card.

The moment they submit, a confirmation email arrives with the class details, their instructor's contact info, and a one-tap calendar invitation.

For instructors — running classes

Each instructor gets a secure workspace scoped to their own region, where they can:

• Create classes — set the office, date, time, and capacity; it's instantly bookable.
• Manage rosters — view sign-ups and correct any detail inline before it reaches a card.
• Print a class roster to carry into class and verify everyone in person.
• Record outcomes — mark students Completed, No-show, or Withdrawn; only completed students appear on the official export.
• Export the AHA spreadsheet in the exact format the AHA site expects — and automatically refresh each student's two-year expiration date.
• Manage waitlists and interest lists, promoting people into open seats with automatic confirmation emails.

For the program manager — the control center

The admin dashboard is built around one principle: run the whole program without a developer. Everything is editable in the interface — offices, regions, instructors, assignments, and certifications. The dashboard doesn't just report; it lets the manager act — tapping a summary card filters the student list, and from any student the manager can log a follow-up and place them directly into a class.
